A.    Umpires provided by each team. Plate umpire calls balls and strikes for opposing teams pitcher.

 

B.    Commissioner position to rotate every 2 years (changed in 2004)

 

C.    After 2 strikes, 2 foul balls, batter is out. (Out on 3rd foul ball)

 

D.    Strike out and walks count, urge team to swing!

 

B.    No sliding; can over run base.

 

F.    No leading until ball crosses the plate.

 

G.    Do not block base, illegal in any league.

 

H.    Must be 15 or over to play.

 

I.    Must have 2 girls or women playing a position. If only 1 girl on team, must play with 9.

 

J.    May substitute at any time.

 

K.    Everyone who comes to game may bat—doesn’t have to play infield.

 

L.    Games start at 6:00 p.m. sharp—10 minute grace period—then, forfeit.

 

M.    Rain outs determined on game day by managers of teams involved.

 

N.    All pitchers are to adhere to 10-foot arc. If above that, umpire is to rule no pitch.

 

0.    Courtesy runners may be used whenever wanted, must be last out. (Guy for Guy, Girl for Girl)

 

P.    After first inning, pitcher only allowed 3 warm ups. All other league rules in effect.
