Who Are We?

We are the Mount Carmel Congregational Church, a United Church of Christ founded in 1757. For over 250 years, our Church has been a staple of the Hamden area, gathering members of all generations to hear the Word, live the Word, and share the Word of God throughout our community.

Sunday ​Worship

Please join us online or in-person for our Sunday worship service, which will be held on December 28th at 10am in the Church, followed by Coffee Hour in the Parish Parlor​.

Also join us for our special Christmas Eve Lessons and Carols service on Wednesday, December 24th at 4pm.
